About the class
Join us for an open-level acroyoga workshop. The class is designed for beginners but open to any levels with progressions available. We will take you step-by-step through foundations and an introductory level acroyoga flow. The workshop will include beautiful poses, basic transitions, and a short sequence with spotting.
You are welcome to register as an individual, however we recommend joining with a partner that can work with you either as a base or flyer.
