Beginners Workshop

Join me for a beginner's acroyoga workshop. This class is designed for anyone who has never done acroyoga or has only attended a couple of classes. I will take you step-by-step through foundations and an introductory level acroyoga flow. The workshop will include beautiful poses, basic transitions, and a short sequence with spotting.

You are welcome to register as an individual, however I recommend joining with a partner that can work with you either as a base or flyer.
