About the class
Join me for an intermediate level acroyoga workshop. This class is designed for people who have some acroyoga experience and there are some prerequisites that apply to make sure the level is appropriate for everyone joining.
The workshop will include poses and a sequence with spotting.
Prerequisites:
- Star
- Cartwheel in/out
- Free back bird
You are welcome to register as an individual however, I recommend joining with a partner who can work with you either as a base or flyer.
